What is wrong with this picture?

Yes, you guessed it . . . there is a dog missing. Much to my surprise, when I accessed my "doggy cam" yesterday morning, this is what I saw. Scared the mess out of me!

Thank goodness though, later that morning I did see Remi stroll by, gaze out the window, reach down to say "na na boggey" to Sugar, and then lay down on the dog bed there to the left. After seeing her, I was assured that she was indeed in the house and that I hadn't mistakenly left her outside for the day! Oh my, imagine if that had been the case! Anyway, apparently I had not properly closed the door on her crate or else I have a houdini in the house! :) When I arrived home, all was well!

I have checked the doggy cam today and this is what I like to see . . .

Three Greyhounds, sleeping away! Sleep soundly my girls!! Pin It

Yikes that would scare me! I'm ashamed to admit that one time Stephen and I left all of our greyhounds muzzled and outside all day long while we were at work. Luckily, it was just starting to get hot, so they weren't too miserable and were all fine.

I love this picture. I think Remi has been taking a street magic class in her spare time.

Oh, I have to tell you... yesterday when I got home, Travis' crate door had not been closed. It was open about 4 inches and the good boy stayed in his crate all 10 hours. :-)

Oh God I would die if I left mine out all day. They'd be fine, I'm sure, but it most assuredly would drive Lucy bananas with the squirrels around her ALL day and then to have her muzzle on on top of that! She is so damn squirrel hungry, it's pathetic. I wander if that might be helpful if we ever get to straight race? I'm thinking . . . of course it would!!

I thought it funny that Remi mostly stayed in the room with Lucy and Sugar. She wanted to be with her sisters. She probably didn't know what to do with herself for 12 hours!

Good for Travis! He is definitely a good boy!

I think your web cam is a very cool idea. I tried to access the link, but couldn't. I would have developed bloat, I think, if I saw that first pic! LOL.

The url for the camera is www.greyhounds.mypets.ws:8888 in case you ever get bored and want to be more bored. :) They really do nothing all day, just sleep and look out the window!
